Order your NHS Lateral Flow Test online or pick one up for free from pharmacies and other testing sites.
Take a lateral flow test up to 48 hours prior to your arrival at PI LIVE and upload your test result onto the NHS Website.
Have your test result (either via SMS or email) ready for inspection in the queue
You will then receive a wristband which you will need to keep on for the full duration of the show.

Please note, if you are not able to provide us with a negative lateral flow test result, you will not be able to enter the event until you have provided evidence or have taken a test. The nearest pharmacy can be found on 54 King William St, London EC4R 9AA which is a 5 minute walk away (located by Monument tube station). You will be able to collect a test in store for free.
If you are entering the UK from another country to attend any of the events then please make sure you have fulfilled any travel requirements based on the current guidelines and follow the entry process with a negative Lateral Flow Test result available for inspection (email, SMS or printed document).
If your test result is older than 48 hours (or if you have not yet taken it) you can use the free Lateral Flow testing kit (pre ordered) or book an appointment for a free Lateral Flow test near the venue or your hotel.
*If using the free Lateral Flow test, you must report via the NHS website please note, when reporting your lateral flow test result you can use your hotel address.
Please leave enough time for you to receive your results before arriving at the event, results can take up to 1 hour.

In addition to the above, to keep all of attendees as safe and comfortable as possible we will be implementing the following:
Please consider other attendees personal space when navigating the event, especially those that may be wearing a facemask and whilst queuing.
We encourage people to be fully vaccinated (both jabs done at least 14 days prior to the event) where possible. If you’re in the UK you can schedule your vaccination online.
Do not attend the event if you have tested positive for Covid-19, have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are required to self isolate. (Because you have tested positive for Covid-19, are told to by NHS Test and Trace or the NHS Covid-19 app, as a condition of entry to the UK, or someone you live with has tested positive or has symptoms).
If you are unable to attend the event as you’ve tested positive for COVID-19 and have proof via a PCR test then you may either; transfer your ticket to a colleague, transfer it to a virtual ticket and we will refund the difference or roll over your ticket to 2022. please email email@example.com
