We want to reassure you that we’re working hard to ensure everyone is, and feels, safe at the show this April.
While New York City is fully open and vaccinations have been a boon to everyday life and businesses, Covid-19 remains a reality for all of us.
We’re monitoring government guidance in the US and will work with the venue to adapt our plans as necessary.
To keep all of attendees as safe and comfortable as possible we will be implementing the following:
All attendees, contractors and staff working on the event must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the event) where possible. Acceptable proof is a vaccination card received from a Healthcare provider or a copy of both sides of the card, a digital confirmation of vaccination, such as CLEAR Health Pass, Excelsior Pass, NYU Langone, or other App
Non contact check in utilizing the QR codes on your tickets to print badges.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be readily available and strategically placed around the theatre for use.
Additional staff for increased cleaning throughout show hours.
The venue will maintain a Covid Safety Manager or qualified designee on-site during performances.
Please consider other attendees personal space when navigating the event, especially those that may be wearing a facemask and whilst queuing.
Do not attend the event if you have tested positive for Covid-19, have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are required to self isolate.
Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend the event as you’ve tested positive for Covid-19 and have proof via a PCR test then you may either; transfer your ticket to a colleague or roll over your ticket to 2023. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
