To qualify you must register with your company email address and include your LinkedIn profile within the registration.
AND you must be a direct employee of a company that is either;
- primarily in the direct-to-consumer business of online and/ or physical retail
- a branded manufacturer of consumer goods with a relevant job title i’e ‘partnerships manager’ or ‘influencer marketing manager or;
- a retailer with an upcoming or established influencer marketing budget
Please note a maximum of 1 pass per company/group is available via the scheme. The number of complimentary passes available is capped at 50.
Once submitted the IMS team will either approve or decline your application. We usually respond within 48 hours.
Applications from non brands, personal email addresses or those that don’t include a LinkedIn URL will automatically be declined.

We therefore offer discounts on the prevailing rate when all tickets are purchased at the same time. Discounts will not be given retroactively.

Our ticket prices vary depending on your demographic. For the purpose of purchasing a ticket we define each demographic as the following:

You are employed by a technology provider.
Your principal business is that of an agency and you represent one or a number of brands.
You define your main job as a Creator or Influencer.
Please note: We monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee, if an incorrect demographic is selected your ticket will be cancelled.
All refund requests must be made by email or writing within 7 days after ticket purchase to receive a full refund.
Requests received beyond 7 days are not eligible for a refund, however you may request a name change up to 14 days before the event.
