The 4th edition of the Influencer Marketing Show will run alongside PI LIVE, the premier event for the Affiliate & Partnership Marketing community.

Featuring a dedicated stage, this exciting three day event for senior-level attendees will bring together key decision makers from brands, retailers, agencies and a range of tech providers all looking to improve and advance in this rapidly evolving industry. 

The show offers advanced, in-depth strategy, insight and opinion alongside senior-level peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

Delegates from the influencer marketing ecosystem are expected to attend including community leaders driving the creator economy forward. Key demographics include retailers, advertisers and agencies alongside leading tech providers, innovative e-commerce startups and networks.

The Influencer Marketing Show USA will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Resort, Hollywood, Florida on April 22-25 2025, in partnership with PI Live.

PASSES

The type of business you work for dictates which ticket you are eligible to purchase. Definitions of company types are below:

Brand, Retailer:

You are employed by a retailer who sells to an audience online i.e. primarily in the direct-to-consumer business of online and/ or physical retail.

Tech Provider, Vendor or SaaS Platform:

You are employed by a technology provider.

Agency:

Your principal business is that of an agency and you represent one or a number of brands and/or Creators and Influencers.

Creator, Influencer:

You are a content creator or influencer who creates content for an online audience.

Please note, we monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee.

Every ticket provides access to both IMS USA and PI Live sessions, unrivaled networking opportunities, entry to both exhibition halls and the official after party. Lunch is also provided each day.

Please note access to the after party will require registering for free.

Yes. Name changes are permitted until March 22nd. Please log in to your account to update the attendee’s details. If you have any questions please email events@hellopartner.com

 

You can collect your badge on the Tuesday between 12pm and 5pm at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel or on Wednesday from 8am.

You will receive your ticket with a QR code before the show. Please remember to have this ready on your phone to self scan at registration and a valid form of photo ID.

Yes, we are happy to help. Please email events@hellopartner.com with your request after you have purchased your ticket. 

Yes, subject to approval.

All refund requests must be made by email or writing within 7 days after pass purchase to receive a full refund. Requests received beyond 7 days are not eligible for a refund, however you may request a name change up to 14 days before the event.

Networking

Plenty! There will be multiple meeting zones throughout the venue, perfect for catching up with friends old and new and securing that next profitable deal. 

Yes. Our after-party will take place on the Wednesday evening, keep an eye out for more details.

Please ensure you have your badge and are wearing your wristband to gain entry. Entry is strictly for delegates of the Influencer Marketing Show and PI Live.
