Natasha Vaquer is the Senior Vice President of Talent Partnerships & Influencer Strategy for Refinery29, the leading lifestyle digital media company for millennial and Gen Z women. For the past nine years she has led an influencer marketing agency inside of Refinery29 (formerly part of Vice Media Group, currently part of Sundial Media Group) overseeing the execution, creative and operational needs of talent and influencer campaigns for brand partners. She oversees all branded talent partnerships across the Sundial Media Group portfolio of brands including Beautycon and she is involved in commercial, experiential and influencer marketing bookings across the agency. Her team was awarded the Talent Agency of Record for Target Corporation executing all their influencer campaigns for the past five years from creative and strategy to executing and reporting. She also works closely with her experiential team to execute major events including Art Basel and 29Rooms and Essence Fest to create major programmatic moments with talent. Prior to joining Refinery29, Natasha was the Head of Talent Acquisitions at StyleHaul, the largest fashion and beauty multichannel network on YouTube. Prior to StyleHaul, Mrs. Vaquer was part of the business development team at United Talent Agency working on strategic partnerships for the agency. She joined UTA after spending several years as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns.
