Currently the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Global Marketing at Fenty Hair, she has been a driving force behind the brand’s successful launch in Sephora across North America, Europe and the Middle East. In her role, she leads Product Strategy, Sales, Global Marketing, Influencer Relations, Social, and PR, ensuring Fenty Hair’s mission of diversity and innovation reaches audiences worldwide.
Her career began with Juicy Couture Fragrances, where she established the foundation of her 360 marketing expertise among a sea of pink! She then moved to Estée Lauder Companies, where she worked in brand strategy and global marketing at Bumble and bumble, doubling growth in key franchises. Her dedication to the haircare category led her to DevaCurl, where she oversaw Global Marketing, Digital, PR, Influencer, Creative, Social, Product Development and International Expansion, helping establish DevaCurl as a leader in curly haircare.
Following her tenure at DevaCurl, she pivoted to the startup world and joined Cay Skin, working closely with founder Winnie Harlow to bring the brand to life in both Ecommerce and Sephora. Now, at Fenty Hair, she is at the forefront of a brand that champions inclusivity and representation, bringing Rihanna’s latest beauty vision to a global audience.
