There will be 1,500 to 2,000 delegates, representing 50+ countries from the European and global influencer marketing community. Attendees will have access to the IMS Europe mobile and web app, enabling you to peruse the delegate list, connect and arrange meetings at bookable tables and zones at the show.
In addition to our official After Party we’ll have happy hour networking in the bars, wrap up drinks with music on the terrace and structured opportunities throughout. Check out the networking page for more information.
Yes. Complimentary barista-quality coffee will be available from our coffee stations. A variety of street food vendors from our partner, KERB London, will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch. You will also be able to find fruit and snacks between sessions.
If you are looking for an alcoholic drink, head to the Sports Bar and Prosecco Lounge to celebrate a long day of negotiating deals with your team.
Water refill points will be available on-site and we encourage you to bring your own eco-friendly water bottle with you.

Up to 300 Brands/Retailers are be able to apply for complimentary tickets to the show.
We’ll ask you to complete a simple form. If your application is approved we’ll email you and let you know.
Once the allocation has been depleted Brand will revert to a paid pass.
Complimentary passes are subject to approval, availability and limited to 2 per company.

There are two ticket types available: Standard and VIP.
Each ticket provides access to inspiring sessions (live and on demand post event), unrivalled networking opportunities, access to the exhibition floor and event app.
On-site you can also enjoy networking drinks, offsite party, barista-quality coffee, tea and water – all included in your pass.

Where a complimentary pass has been provided by a sponsor, we will permit up to two passes per advertiser, agency or publisher with our fair use policy. Subsidiaries are included in this allocation.
Badge swapping is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are released in four waves, Super Early-Bird, Early-Bird, Standard Release and Late – with the price increasing at every stage. Make sure to secure your ticket as early as possible for the biggest savings.

Yes. You can change the name by logging back into your registration on Swoogo and making the necessary changes. Name changes are permitted until 10 October 2023.

Registration opens from 8:00am on Thursday, 26 October 2023 – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues.
To avoid delays, please ensure you have your QR code ready to scan at registration and a valid form of photo ID.
We offer a 7 days cooling off period when you can cancel your ticket.
Requests received beyond 7 as per our terms and conditions are not eligible for a refund, however you may request a name change up to 14 days before the event.
We will be following government guidelines at the time of the show, though please note this will be subject to change.
Yes. We have a brand new IMS Europe web and mobile app this year. The event app will enable you to view the delegate list, arrange meetings before or during the event, view the agenda and much more. You can learn more about all available features here. The app will be released 4 weeks before the event.
Plenty! There are multiple networking zones across three floors including the Partnerships Lounge in the Vault, perfect for catching up with friends old and new and securing that next profitable deal.
Back by popular demand, the outdoor yurt overlooking the river Thames is the ideal place to unwind with your team and get some fresh air. You can also catch up with your new contacts in the Networking Village up on the Mezzanine, overviewing the exhibition floor. Then end the day with a toast for your success at our Sports Bar and Prosecco Lounge.
Additionally, there are various cafes and catering stations throughout the venue offering a variety of options for conversations over a drink or bite to eat.
The event app will be available to all ticket holders to enable you to connect with each other no matter where you are.
We will be having an off site party after the show. Further details on the venue will be announced at a later date.
There will be various meeting zones which will be based around the venue enabling you to choose a dedicated space for your meetings with like-minded delegates.
NEW for 2023! – The Vault will be our underground meeting hub, offering comfortable meeting spots, including the Partnership Lounge with meeting space for 200+ delegates, which you can book ahead of time via the event app. The perfect opportunity to align your brand to successful collaborations.
Also keep an eye for the Meeting Nooks, located on the ground floor and up on the Mezzanine, a perfect spot to discuss your next steps with the new partners.
For VIP pass holders you’ll get an exclusive access to the VIP Room, up on the Mezzanine level, where you will find space for meetings and networking, workbenches with power connections to catch up on your emails while enjoying complimentary drinks and refreshments.

We have joined the #ONELESS PIONEER NETWORK to reduce and eliminate plastic bottled water in favour of refilling and reusing at our events.
- BYOB and refill using water fountains around the venue
- Our graphics for the exhibition stands and signage are printed on fabric and we avoid using dates where possible so we can reuse it at future shows.
- All of our lanyards and wristbands are made of recycled plastic.
- Our food trucks/stands have a no plastic policy with their packaging and cutlery
- All our coffee cups are 100% compostable
- Recycling bins located around the venue.
