Please note a maximum of 2 passes per company/group are available via the scheme. Each applicant need to submit their registration individually. The number of complimentary passes available is capped at 100.
Once submitted the IMS team will either approve or decline your application. We usually respond within 5 working days.
Applications from non brands, personal email addresses or those that don’t include a LinkedIn URL will automatically be declined.

We encourage you to bring the team to our events to enable them to connect with the industry.
We therefore offer discounts on the prevailing rate when all tickets are purchased at the same time. Discounts will not be given retroactively.

Our ticket prices vary depending on your demographic. For the purpose of purchasing a ticket we define each demographic as the following:
Retailer:
Choose this if you are employed by a retailer (physical or online) or consumer goods/FMCG brand.
Tech Provider, Vendor or SaaS Platform:
You are employed by a technology provider.
Agency:
Your principal business is that of an agency and you represent one or a number of brands.
Creator, Influencer:
You define your main job as a Creator or Influencer.

We monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee, if an incorrect demographic is selected your ticket will be cancelled.

Yes. We are able to offer Non-Profits / Charities and Students a discount of 30% on the Standard Pass.

All refund requests must be made by email or writing within 7 days after ticket purchase to receive a full refund.
Requests received beyond 7 days are not eligible for a refund, however you may request a name change up to 14 days before the event.
Yes. We welcome applications from journalists. Please complete our application form to be considered for a complimentary press pass.
