Our new event hub will be released around 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. Here you’ll be able to peruse the delegate list, contact and arrange meetings with potential partners.
Yes. Complimentary barista-quality coffee will be available from our coffee stations. A variety of street food vendors from our partner, KERB London, will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch. You will also be able to find fruit and a variety of sweet treats for a light snack between sessions. If you are looking for an alcoholic drink, head to the Beer Garden and Prosecco Lounge to celebrate a long day of negotiating deals with your team. Water refill points will be available on-site and we encourage you to bring your own eco-friendly water bottle with you.

Once tickets are on sale, there will be three types available: Standard, All-Inclusive and a Virtual ticket.
Up to 500 Brands/Retailers and Creators will be able to apply for a complimentary pass to the show.
We’ll ask you to complete a simple form. If your application is approved we’ll email you and let you know.
Once the allocation has been depleated Brand & Creator passes will revert to a paid pass.
Complimentary passes are subject to approval, availability and limited to 2 per company. They are not intended for agencies, tech, SaaS or other demographics.
Whether you can join us in person or virtually this year, each ticket provides access to inspiring sessions, unrivalled networking opportunities, access to the exhibition floor and event hub access. Each ticket also provides 12 months access to all the amazing content via the video vault. Additionally if you are attending in person there will be networking drinks, offsite party (TBC) barista-quality coffee, tea, water and refreshments also included..
A Virtual ticket is for those who cannot physically attend the show and includes access to the live stream of all sessions and networking with your fellow attendees, speakers and exhibitors via the event hub. You can still take part in the live Q&A sessions and will have access to the video vault where you can rewatch all sessions for 12 months post show.

Yes. You can change the name by logging into the universe.com ticketing platform. Read how to transfer your ticket. Name changes are permitted until October 14.

Registration opens from 8am on Thursday, October 20 – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues. Please remember to bring your registration email (printed or accessible via your phone) and a valid form of photo ID.
If you pay for a ticket and we are unable to hold the event or you’re unable to travel due to COVID, we’ll convert your pass to a virtual pass and refund the difference.
Yes. We’ll be using Swoogo this year. The Swoogo event hub enables you to view the delegate list and arrange meetings before the event. This will be released closer to the event.
Plenty! There are multiple networking zones across two floors, perfect for catching up with friends old and new and securing that next profitable deal. Back by popular demand, the outdoor yurt overlooking the river Thames is the perfect place to unwind with your team. Meanwhile, toast your success at our Beer Garden and Prosecco Lounge. Additionally, there are various cafes, catering stations and meeting zones throughout the venue offering a variety of options for conversations over a drink or bite to eat. The event hub will be available to all ticket holders to enable you to connect with each other no matter where you are.
We will be having an off site party in the evening. Further details on the venue will be announced at a later date.
