Yes. Complimentary barista-quality coffee will be available from our coffee stations. A variety of street food vendors from our partner, KERB London, will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch. You will also be able to find fruit and a variety of sweet treats for a light snack between sessions.
If you are looking for an alcoholic drink, head to the Beer Garden and Prosecco Lounge to celebrate a long day of negotiating deals with your team.
Water refill points will be available on-site and we encourage you to bring your own eco-friendly water bottle with you.

We will be following government guidelines at the time of the show, though please note this will be subject to change. Please check back regularly as these guidelines will be updated in the run up to the show.
– You will need to check into the venue on the NHS Covid app which you can find on Android + iOS.
– We advise wearing a face covering whilst inside the venue including the theatres unless you are seated at one of the bars or out on the terrace.
– All attendees as well as staff/crew working on an event are advised to take a Lateral Flow Test within 24hrs of the show.
– We advise you to wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitiser stations that are supplied around the venue.
We have also put the following plans in place for your peace of mind while at IMS:
– There will be a medic onsite with two independent treatment zones within the venue: one for general first aid and a secondary COVID-19 quarantine zone with specific treatment procedures. Medics will have the recommended PPE for themselves and will follow the current government guidance at the time of the event.
– Water points throughout the venue with non-contact water coolers on the mezzanine level. We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to bring their own water bottles to refill from these stations as we will not be supplying single use plastic bottles at the show.

A limited number of early birds tickets will be released first in July. Sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know when tickets are available to purchase.
Once tickets are on sale, there will be three types available: Standard, All-Inclusive and a Virtual ticket.
Whether you can join us in person or virtually this year, each ticket provides access to inspiring sessions, unrivalled networking opportunities, access to the exhibition floor and app access. Each ticket also provides 12 months access to all the amazing content via the video vault.
Additionally if you are attending in person there will be networking drinks, offsite party (TBC) barista-quality coffee, tea, water and refreshments also included..
A Virtual ticket is for those who cannot physically attend the show and includes access to the live stream of all sessions and networking with your fellow attendees, speakers and exhibitors via the app. You can still take part in the live Q&A sessions and will have access to the video vault where you can rewatch all sessions for 12 months post show.
There will be no Guest List tickets for the 2021 event.

Yes. You can change the name by logging into the universe.com ticketing platform. Read how to transfer your ticket. Name changes are permitted until October 14.

If you pay for a ticket and we are unable to hold the event or you’re unable to travel due to COVID or travel restrictions into the UK or London, we’ll convert your pass to a virtual pass and refund the difference.
Yes. We’ll be using Pathable like previous year’s events. The app enables you to view the delegate list and arrange meetings before the event. The app will be released closer to the event.
Plenty! There are multiple networking zones across two floors, perfect for catching up with friends old and new and securing that next profitable deal.
Back by popular demand, the outdoor yurt overlooking the river Thames is the perfect place to unwind with your team. Meanwhile, toast your success at our Beer Garden and Prosecco Lounge.
Additionally, there are various cafes and catering stations throughout the venue offering a variety of options for conversations over a drink or bite to eat.
The networking app will be available to all ticket holders to enable you to connect with each other no matter where you are.
We are planning on having an offsite party, however we will be following government guidelines on any social distancing restrictions therefore this may be subject to change.
There will be various meeting zones which will be based around the venue enabling you to choose a dedicated space for your meetings with like-minded delegates. Schedule your meetings via the networking app.
